    Start strong with our simple onboarding guide. You’ll get access to the LevelUp Goal-Setting Tool and a short video tutorial on how to set goals that align with your personal or professional growth. You can use these tools right away to define exactly what you want—and how to go after it.

  • Step 3: Find Your Accountability Match

    Whether through our community or monthly check-ins, you’ll get the chance to connect with a like-minded accountability partner (or keep yourself accountable using our structure). You’ll also receive an Accountability Partner Contract to guide and strengthen the partnership.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kristin Assaad – business lawyer, entrepreneur, podcast host, and founder of LevelUp Community. But before all the titles and companies, I was just a young woman with big dreams, no safety net, and a deep knowing that life could be so much more than what I had been handed.

I didn’t grow up with role models or the best odds. My journey began in foster care, shaped by challenges that could have defined me—but instead, they fueled me. I’ve built everything I have from the ground up. I became a business lawyer, founded several companies (including my legal firm, LegalUp), and I’ve helped thousands of people and hundreds of businesses along the way.

But even with all that, one thing kept showing up again and again: success doesn’t happen in isolation. No matter how ambitious or talented you are, you need the right people around you. The right support. The right accountability. The right mindset. That’s exactly why I created LevelUp Community.

  • We make it easy for you! During our monthly meetups, you can connect with other members to find someone whose goals align with yours. Alternatively, you can use the Accountability Partner Checklist provided to help guide you in finding the right match.

  • While the primary focus of the LevelUp Community is online meetups, occasional physical events may be hosted. Members will enjoy exclusive discounts on these events.

  • The membership is priced at:

    • $19 per month (billed monthly).

    • $189 per year (billed annually, giving you two months free compared to the monthly plan).

    • You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked.

    • If you cancel a monthly membership, your membership will terminate after the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

    • If you cancel a yearly membership, your membership will remain active until the end of the year you’ve paid for, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining period.

  • Yes! Members enjoy free access to all webinars hosted by LevelUp Community. These webinars are designed to help you grow and succeed, covering a variety of topics from goal setting to mindset mastery and much more.

  • Absolutely! LevelUp Community is open to members worldwide. All meetups are conducted digitally, so you can join from anywhere. The tools, resources, and accountability partnerships are designed to be accessible and impactful, no matter where you are.
